The public libraries of Johnson County (Coralville, Iowa City, North Liberty, Oxford, Solon, Springmier, and Swisher) worked together to help raise funds for the Francisco Oller Library this past June.

Using posters, existing donation boxes, and social media campaigns, the libraries collected more than $1,300 in donations! In addition to sharing information within the libraries, they also connected with local newspapers and radio stations to help encourage giving.

Kudos to Coralville, Iowa City, North Liberty, Oxford, Solon, Springmeier, and Swisher folks for their great work!

Are you doing or has your library already implemented a fundraiser? Tell us about it!
